The blogging activities started around 90′s. Before that people were used to a different tool that is still around us. The forums were a big hit till some yeas ago, even though forums are very hard to maintain, they are a good tool to gather information, get help, interact with the others. But people wanted something more personal, they wanted to share their thoughts, opinions, experiences with the others. The blog does that in a very personal way. Everyone can have its online journal, communicate with the others and get feedback from them. In the last few year people are doing this more and more. In 2005 there were around 8 million, today there are over 60 million blogs worldwide. Everyone is blogging.
